The perfect solution to the expensive Hasselblad rechargeable batteries is the Hasselblad 500EL/ELM/ELX 6 volt CR-P2 battery adapter. The Hasselblad battery housing allows you to fit up to two battery adapters, two batteries are required with most Hasselblad cameras for optimum performance. This adapter uses the CR-P2 low volt photo battery which is safer than other higher volt batteries, such as the 9 volt. It is one solid piece. There are no moving parts such as loose wiring to deal with. The Hasselblad 500EL/ELM/ELX 6 volt CR-P2 adapter is made of a strong durable metal with no breakable glass components to worry about.
